CNC Stone Murals

Large-format wall panels where a design pattern is carved using computer-controlled routing — combining precision geometry with handcrafted finishing. Murals can run across multiple panels to form one continuous scene, from sacred gardens to abstract reliefs.

Each mural is engineered with relief levels between 8mm and 35mm, manufactured on 3-axis CNC with no undercuts, and finished by hand for natural texture and depth.

Sofa Wall Panels

A feature wall installed behind a sofa or seating area — usually 8 to 16 feet wide, designed as the visual centerpiece of the living room. A good sofa wall design balances depth, shadow, simplicity and architectural scale without becoming visually crowded.

Popular themes include botanical motifs, sacred figures, mandalas and abstract reliefs — all proportioned to the furniture below and the ceiling above.

Temple Backdrops

Mandir backdrops are one of our most requested products — typically featuring sacred geometric or floral motifs, deity figures, and Sanskrit shlokas carved into ivory sandstone or white marble.

One design rule is non-negotiable: panel joints are always planned to avoid cutting through eyes, faces, hands or other primary focal elements of a deity.

Fluted Panels

Panels with repeating vertical or horizontal grooves and ridges — popular for modern, minimalist walls, reception areas and corridors. Fluted panels read as quiet texture from a distance and as sculptural rhythm up close.

They pair well with concealed lighting, which rakes across the grooves to create a soft striped shadow pattern through the day.

Jali Screens

A perforated stone lattice screen — traditionally used for ventilation and privacy, now popular as a decorative architectural feature for facades, partitions and stair landings.

Marble is especially suited to jali work due to its fine, even grain, which allows for delicate, intricate cut patterns without compromising structural strength.

Stone Cladding

Interior and exterior wall cladding in sandstone, marble, granite, quartzite, limestone, slate and basalt — plain, textured or carved. Cladding is a covering layer applied across a surface, distinct from a feature wall, which is a designed focal element.

Material continuity between flooring and wall cladding can be planned during the design phase for a cohesive, gallery-like look throughout a space.

Elevation Panels

Weather-resistant exterior architectural features for building facades and elevations — using dense, low-porosity stones like granite, quartzite and basalt that perform reliably in humid and coastal climates.

Exterior projects are planned with additional weatherproofing considerations, and relief depths are chosen to balance visual impact with long-term durability against sun, rain and wind.

Staircase Walls

Double-height feature walls running alongside a staircase turn a circulation space into the architectural heart of a home. These walls are divided into numbered panels for manufacturing, transport and installation — the layout map is planned so motifs are not awkwardly interrupted by panel joints.

Backlighting is frequently used on staircase walls, with cavities carved during manufacturing for clean LED integration coordinated with the client's electrician.

Hotel & Hospitality Features

Lobby walls, reception counters and large-scale murals designed for hotels and resorts — where a feature wall is often the first impression a guest forms of a property. These projects are typically larger in scale and may combine multiple materials and finishes within one composition.

Hospitality projects benefit from material specification sheets and presentation-ready renders, which can be prepared for design teams and architects managing the build.

Questions About Our Stone Products

A CNC stone mural is a large-format wall panel where a design is carved using computer-controlled routing tools. Stone Emotions produces murals with primary relief depths of 20–35mm and micro detailing as fine as 2mm, combining CNC precision with hand finishing for lifelike results in sandstone, marble and granite.
A sofa wall panel is specifically designed for the wall behind a living room seating area — typically 8 to 16 feet wide and proportioned to the sofa below it. A CNC mural can be installed anywhere. Both use the same CNC carving process; the key difference is in sizing, proportioning and design intent.
Fluted stone panels feature repeating vertical or horizontal grooves and are widely used in modern and minimalist interiors — as bedroom feature walls, TV walls, lift lobbies, hotel corridors and exterior facades. They pair especially well with concealed lighting, which creates a soft striped shadow effect across the grooves.
A jali screen is a perforated stone lattice — traditionally used for ventilation and privacy, now popular as a decorative partition, staircase railing or feature screen. Marble is best suited for intricate jali work due to its fine, even grain. Sandstone is preferred for larger geometric patterns in exterior or semi-outdoor applications.
