What does Stone Emotions manufacture?

Stone Emotions manufactures CNC-carved natural stone products — including wall murals, sofa wall panels, temple backdrops, jali screens, fluted panels, stone cladding, elevation panels and staircase walls. Every piece is produced in-house at our Udaipur facility using 3-axis CNC machines with hand finishing, in materials such as sandstone, marble, granite, quartzite, limestone and slate.

How long does it take to manufacture a custom stone wall panel?

Lead time depends on design complexity and order size. A standard CNC-carved panel (e.g., fluted wall or sofa wall) typically takes 15–25 working days from design approval. Complex carved murals or large multi-panel installations may take 35–50 working days. We provide a project-specific timeline at the quotation stage.

Do you supply stone panels outside Rajasthan?

Yes. We supply pan-India — Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad and beyond. Products are packed in wooden crates with foam padding to prevent damage in transit. We also handle export orders for projects in the Gulf, Southeast Asia and Europe. Contact us for freight and logistics details specific to your project location.

Can I request a fully custom design or bring my own artwork?

Yes. We work with client-supplied artwork, architect drawings and our own in-house design team. DXF/DWG CAD files are preferred for CNC production. If you have a concept sketch, reference image or mood board, our design team converts it into a CNC-ready file. A 3D rendered preview is shared for approval before production begins.

Which natural stone is best for an exterior feature wall?

For exterior applications, sandstone and granite are the most suitable choices. Sandstone — particularly Jodhpur Pink and Dholpur Beige — offers natural weather resistance, UV stability and is widely used for Indian climate conditions. Granite is the most durable option for heavy rain and coastal areas. Marble and limestone are better suited to sheltered or interior spaces.

Do you work with architects and interior designers directly?

Yes — architects and designers are our primary collaborators. We provide material samples, project-specific CAD files, 3D renders, exclusive design agreements and priority production scheduling. Visit our Architects page for details on our collaboration programme and the Archlightz design network.

What is the typical price range for a CNC stone wall panel?

Pricing depends on stone type, panel size, design complexity and finish. Fluted panels and simple textured cladding start at a lower price point, while highly detailed carved murals (e.g., temple backdrops or figurative reliefs) are priced according to design hours and CNC machine time.
