Common Questions

Questions from Architects & Designers

We accept DXF and DWG (CAD) files for CNC production, along with high-resolution JPG, PNG or PDF references for design adaptation. If you have a concept sketch, mood board or site photograph, our in-house design team can develop a CNC-ready file. A 3D rendered preview is shared for approval before any production begins.
Yes. We offer exclusive design agreements for architectural firms working on premium residential or hospitality projects. Under this arrangement, your commissioned design is not replicated or sold to any other party. Exclusivity terms are documented at the project agreement stage.
Yes. We dispatch material samples — typically 150mm × 150mm swatches in your shortlisted stone type and finish — for registered architects and interior designers. Sample requests can be placed via WhatsApp or through our Architects page. A nominal courier charge applies for outstation deliveries.
There is no fixed minimum quantity. We work on single bespoke panels for residential feature walls as well as large multi-panel hospitality or commercial projects. Pricing is scaled to order size — larger orders attract better unit rates. Share your wall dimensions and we will provide a project-specific quotation.
We provide detailed installation guidelines, panel layout drawings and fixing specifications for your site team or contractor. For projects in Rajasthan and surrounding states, our installation advisors can coordinate on-site. For pan-India projects, we provide full technical documentation to enable local installation.
Standard panels (fluted, cladding, sofa walls) are typically ready in 15–25 working days from design approval. Detailed carved murals, temple backdrops or multi-element feature walls require 35–50 working days. For time-sensitive projects, priority scheduling is available — discuss this at the brief stage.
